Two new collaborative projects on climate change

The INTOSAI WGEA collaborates with two global projects on climate change.
The Federal Court of Accounts of Brazil’s initiative, ClimateScanner, is a global assessment of government actions related to climate change. The ClimateScanner will work as a tool for rapid reviews of government actions related to combat climate change.

The IDI’s Global Cooperative Audit of Climate Change Adaptation Actions (CCAA) is a cooperative audit that aims to help SAIs in providing a timely audit response to climate change. As part of the project launch at the XXIV INCOSAI, the IDI released commentaries by Ms Mami Mizytori (UNDRR), Dr S Maharaj (IPCC) and Dr Youssef Nassef (UNFCC), available on the IDI website and youtube.
