The latest edition of the INTOSAI WGEA Greenlines Newsletter was published this week. This issue’s Greetings from the Chair includes reflections from the 22nd INTOSAI WGEA Assembly – the interconnectedness and representation of Arctic environmental issues, and how SAIs can “play the long game” when it comes to evaluation of government performance on these issues.
The feature story in this issue recaps the third INTOSAI WGEA Awards thoroughly, presenting the nominations and winners from each category. The Greetings from the Secretariat present the key documents published after the 22nd Assembly, including the Assembly Seminar Summary and Key Messages. The Secretariat’s greetings also highlight some activities of the Secretariat in the past months and reflects upon work with reviewing WGEA documents in case of potential issues with copyrights.
