The INTOSAI WGEA Secretariat has released two training videos on environmental auditing and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The videos can be used and shared freely.
The first is an introductory lesson on environmental auditing. Dr Vivi Niemenmaa provides an overview of the evolution of environmental auditing and current practices. The other is a crash course on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), where Vivi provides an overview of the conceptual background of sustainable development, the SDGs as well as the way Supreme Audit Institutions have audited the implementation of SDGs.
The videos were originally produced for training in the PASAI region, however, they were purposely made general enough to be relevant in any region. When watching the videos, you may turn on the English subtitles by clicking on the CC icon.
